My baby boy turned one on June 25! It's so crazy when I think about this past year with him, and how much he has grown!! We had a party for him on the 20th and the weekend of his birthday we went up north with the Huizenga's and also celebrated Ross' birthday on the 26th. We had such a great time!
Blake and I have gotten to know eachother very well over the past year and I love him sooo much! I am so glad that God has given him to us! He is such a sweetheart, and definately has his own personality! He is and always has been an awesome sleeper, and eater! The transition from formula to milk was so easy (way easier than Tanner!) and solid foods were a breeze also! He LOVES to eat! He started walking about 2 weeks before his birthday and he also got his first tooth around the same time :) On his birthday he got his two front teeth and now, he has 6! Needless to say...it's been a little rough! Other than teething he is the happiest baby ever! He is a little nervous around people he doesn't know and he isn't crazy about the water, but hopefully we can get past that over time :)
We have had such a fun year watching him grow and in a way, I am feeling kinda sad that the baby stage is over but I am really looking forward to watching him grow and turn into his own little person! There is so much fun to be had this next year and I can't wait! Oh and by the way, he loves his big brother and his big brother loves him! It is such a cool thing as a parent to watch them interact with eachother and it just melts my heart to see them adore eachother so much!

Weekend with "the girls"!
There are some very special girls in my life that I have been involved with since I was 12 yrs. old! Thier names are Keegan, Raina, Hannah, Jori, and they have a little brother Nick!
I started babysitting for them when Raina was 2 weeks old and Keegan was 4. Then obviously along came the rest of the kids and I became a summer babysitter for them and then, after hair school I worked part time at a salon and was a nanny for them part time :)

Ross about to hurt himself really bad!
Tanner fell on a rock! OUCH!!
catching minnows :)
The local K&K burned down :(
Now that I have my own family, it has been very hard to spend time with them so I thought that it would be fun to take them up north for the weekend! Keegan couldn't come because she had driver's training but Raina and Hannah came with us and we had such a great time! It was soo good to see them and to actually spend some quality time with them.
